Where is Rameshwaram Jyotirlinga?
Rameshwaram Jyotirlinga is the Ramanathaswamy Temple on Rameswaram island in Tamil Nadu. Tradition holds that Rama worshipped Shiva here. The temple is famous for its long pillared corridors and for the ritual bath in its many sacred wells (theerthams). It is also one of the four Char Dham sites.

The Ramanathaswamy Temple is known for its long pillared corridors, among the longest of any Indian temple, built over several centuries by local rulers including the Sethupathis of Ramnad.
Theerthams
Pilgrims traditionally bathe in the sea at Agni Theertham and then in the temple's sacred wells before darshan.
A Kashi connection
A traditional pilgrimage links Kashi and Rameswaram: pilgrims carry Ganga water from Kashi to offer at Rameswaram, and sand from Rameswaram to Kashi.
