How do I book tickets for Kashi Vishwanath Temple?
Services such as Sugam Darshan, the daily aartis and Rudrabhishek are booked on the official portal of the Shri Kashi Vishwanath Temple Trust (shrikashivishwanath.org). You register, choose the service, date and slot, enter visitor details and pay online. General darshan needs no booking. This website does not sell tickets.

The list, prices and availability are controlled by the trust and change over time.
How the portal booking works
- Go to the official portal and open the services (booking) list.
- Register with your mobile number or email, or sign in.
- Choose the service, date and slot.
- Enter the visitor details requested, including photo ID.
- Pay online and keep the e-ticket (a screenshot or printout — you won't have your phone inside).
- On the day, bring the original ID used for booking and report early.
Tips for booking
- Book early for aartis. Mangala Aarti in particular has limited places.
- Check the date carefully. Mangala Aarti takes place before dawn — a "Tuesday" Mangala Aarti starts at 3 AM on Tuesday, i.e. the night after Monday.
- Festival days. Services can be suspended or changed around Mahashivratri and Sawan.
- Foreign nationals follow a separate, desk-based process. See foreign visitors.

Contact the trust through the help desk details on the official portal. The portal also lists a grievance-redressal channel.

Is KashiVishwanathTemple.net the official booking site?
No. We are an independent information site and cannot book or sell anything. Official booking is only on shrikashivishwanath.org.
Do I need to book for general darshan?
No. General darshan is free and needs no booking.
Can I book Mangala Aarti on the day?
Places are limited and are usually taken in advance. Book as early as the portal allows.
Can someone else book on my behalf?
Follow the official portal's rules on visitor details and ID. Each visitor typically needs to carry the original ID entered at booking.
