How do I book a pooja at Kashi Vishwanath?
Use the official Shri Kashi Vishwanath Temple Trust portal: open the services list, register or sign in, choose the pooja, date and slot, enter devotee details and pay online. Carry the ID used for booking on the day. This website cannot book poojas.

Step by step
- Open the official portal's services list.
- Register with your mobile number or email, or sign in.
- Choose the pooja — for example Rudrabhishek — and the date and slot.
- Enter the devotee's name and other details requested (for sankalpa, names and gotra may be asked).
- Pay online and save the confirmation.
- On the day, bring the original photo ID used and your booking details in printed or written form.
Remote participation
The official list included a video-conference Rudrabhishek when we checked in September 2026 — useful for devotees abroad. Check how the link is shared and the time zone of the slot (India Standard Time, UTC+5:30).
Avoiding unofficial sellers
Many websites and individuals offer "Kashi Vishwanath pooja booking". Only bookings made with the Shri Kashi Vishwanath Temple Trust are temple services. Rituals performed elsewhere by private priests may be sincere, but they are not the temple's services and should not be presented as such.
